some issues encountered
faulty air-conlounger reservation
The air conditioning seemed difficult to regulate, and the room never felt as cool as i wanted it to be. i mentioned it, but the problem persisted . also, finding a sun lounger by the pool was difficult because guests reserved them early. Staff did not really control this.. it was a little frustrating. these issues somewhat affected my overall enjoyment.

The pool area gets crowded, so securing a spot can be a challenge. People reserve sunbeds early. But some don't even use them until much later. The limited number of umbrellas near the pool was a problem too. I expected more shade.

The hotel features a cute reception area. Public areas are clean with ample space to relax. The bar prices seem fair for a hotel hotel. Staff members are both friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning system was difficult to adjust, requiring patience to find the correct setting.

The hotel stands just a five-minute walk to the promenade and beach. It is even closer to the Centro Commercial, offering convenient access to shops. Its situation is very central to various amenities.

The buffet offers a variety of food choices to accommodate every palate. I found the bar prices to be reasonable. The hotel serves reasonably priced local Catalan wines, an excellent option to complement meals.

I can say the staff was attentive. Reception was very helpful when I had an issue. They offered to send someone to clean my room. Bar and poolside staff were especially friendly.
